During is career at Intercontinental, Mr. Palandjian held positions as CFO and President of the company and served on the Executive and Investment committees.
Paul Palandjian earned his BA from Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
He serves as a Senior Advisor of the UK-based Trinity Group Limited, a private investment-banking firm established in 1996. In 2006, Mr. Palandjian stared the company, Somerset Equity Advisors, LLC, which formed a partnership with Trinity to serve a combined list of clients and to develop new business.
Before joining Trinity, Paul spent 15 years as a Principal and Managing Director for Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation and their affiliated companies. Intercontinental is based in Boston, MA and has positioned themselves as real estate investment advisors with special expertise in real estate investment, development, construction management, and asset management.
During is career at Intercontinental, Mr. Palandjian held positions as CFO and President of the company and served on the Executive and Investment committees. While there, the company’s portfolio grew from approximately $200 million to $1.4 billion across all property types. Before he came to Intercontinental, Mr. Palandjian worked as a Banking Associate for the First National Bank of Boston and specialized in the restructuring of distressed debt/loan workouts.
In 2004, Paul was awarded the Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award, which recognizes Boston’s top young executives. Also, he developed the Nine Zero Hotel in Boston, which was ranked number one in the world for best design by Condé Nast Traveler in 2005. In addition, Intercontinental received the National Association of the Office of Industrial Properties, New England Chapter, Developer of the Year Award.
Mr. Palandjian is also an active member of several boards, most notably, the Board of Trustees at Belmont Hill School, the Board of Directors of the United States Tennis Association Foundation and on the Board of Directors for the Denis Leary Firefighter Foundation.
Today, Paul lives happily with his wife, Dionne, and their three children.
